This is our order form to purchase items from MuseumSurplus.com.

HOW TO USE THIS FORM
If this is your first time you have purchased from us, please complete all fields of this form. If you have already provided the complete information previously, then you only need to submit your name, e-mail address, and product information (Item number and brief description).

 

SPECIAL NOTICE:

We are moving (long distance).  MuseumSurplus.com will be offline and not selling products until approximately mid January 2021. 

 

 

 

SHIPPING COSTS:
Metallic Items (Coins, Crosses, Arrowheads):
   U.S. Domestic mail:
        First Item = $4 (includes insurance)
        Additional Items = $1 each  (includes insurance)
        Add for Express mail = $20
   Foreign mail:
        First Item (Most Countires) = $20  (Registered mail)
        Additional Items = $1 each  
        Add for Express mail = $40

Ceramic Items (Lamps, Ushabtis, Terracotta):
   U.S. Domestic mail:
        First Item = $6 (includes insurance)
        Additional Items = $2 each  (includes insurance)
   Foreign mail:
        First Item (All countries) = $25   (Registered mail)
        Additional Items = $5 each  
        Add for Express mail = $40

RETURN POLICY:
We accept returns up to 14 days from receipt - No questions asked. Items may not be altered or damaged in any way. 

CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS:
All deliveries to California addresses are subject to a sales tax of 8.00 percent.

HOW TO PAY
After receiving your order(s) we will submit an invoice for the total amount due. Our invoice will describe in detail how to process payment. We accept direct credit card payments and PayPal (requires user to be registered at PayPal.com).  We also accept personal or corporate checks (10 day period for check clearance), moneyorders and cashiers checks, Western Union transfers, and direct wire transfers.  No fees are added for credit card-based payment methods, however, fees are added for wire transfers to cover the bank's added processing charges..

FRAME YOUR COIN:
We will frame your coin for a nominal fee of $75.  Extra fees apply if Express Mail shipping (due to added weight).  No extra fees for standard shipping.  International shipping is substantially more.    Please state in the "Comments" box below, if you want your item mounted or framed.

Note:  Coins will be mounted obverse out, unless otherwise requested.  Mountings and frames are not refundable, however, the antiquity or coin may be returned for a refund.  Mat colors may vary.
